When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order - for example, if we cannot fulfil it or if there has been a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Our products are made to order based on the image, size, and finishes you select. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. As set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind.
By uploading an image for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to reproduce it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you submit. We are not responsible for any copyright or other claims arising from images you provide.
We use your uploaded images only to fulfil your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks production time for your order to be made before it is shipped. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Delivery is within Australia only. See our Shipping Policy for more detail.
We try to keep all pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
