We ship Australia-wide. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our workshop in the Otway Ranges, Victoria. We currently do not ship internationally, if you're outside Australia, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Because every order is made by hand, production typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Studio and custom framing orders may take a little longer depending on complexity, we'll always keep you updated.
Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are usually on the faster end, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Every order is sent with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about your delivery, just contact us.
We take packaging seriously. Every framed piece is corner-protected, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and packed in custom-built boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers with protective sleeves.
