Every order is made to your specifications. For framed pieces and canvases, allow 5 to 7 business days in the studio before your order ships. We will let you know when your order is on its way.
Shipping is a flat rate calculated from the items in your order, the same price anywhere in Australia. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship most orders with Australia Post. Larger items may be sent with an available courier to ensure they arrive safely. Larger or oversized pieces may require a shipping quote - where this applies, you will be able to request a quote rather than checkout directly.
We currently ship within Australia only.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. As a guide, most Australia Post deliveries arrive within several business days of dispatch, though regional and remote areas may take longer.
Where tracking is available, we will provide it so you can follow your order's progress.
We package every order carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at studio@otwayprintandframe.com.au within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
