Every Otway Print & Frame order is custom made to your specifications - printed, and where applicable framed or stretched, individually for you. Because of this, please choose carefully when ordering.
As our prints, framed pieces, and canvases are made to order using your chosen image, size, and finishes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We encourage you to check your order carefully - image, size, orientation, frame, and finish - before completing your purchase.
We take great care with every piece, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.
If there is a problem with your order:
Once we have reviewed your photos and accepted the claim, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Any replacement will be produced to match your original order.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
