We check your photo before we print it
Every file gets looked at by a person before it goes to print. Photos straight off your phone or camera print beautifully at these sizes — you don't need to be a professional. What doesn't work: screenshots, or copies saved from Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp — those apps shrink your image, and the lost detail shows up at print size (see the crops on the right).
If your image won't hold up at the size you've chosen, we'll tell you before we print, not after. Sometimes that means suggesting a smaller size — we'd rather do that than send you something you're disappointed with.

Acid-free Mat Board
Acid-free mat board precision cut to within 0.5mm. The difference between a print and a presentation.
Archival AR
Archival AR glass as standard: anti-reflective, with 78% UV protection, so you see the print and not yourself. Conservation upgrades take UV protection to 99%.

We print with pigment inks on Hahnemühle archival paper. The manufacturer rates them at over a hundred years without fading in normal display conditions. Your grandkids will see it the way you do.
Ten year workmanship guarantee
Tim builds every frame by hand. If anything goes wrong with our work in the first ten years, send us a photo and we will fix it or replace it. No arguing.
